Introduction
Welcome to 3DOfficeAT e.U. We specialize in creating interior decor with unique wire art designs made from UV resin. These Terms of Service govern the use of our online shop and the sale of our products, including bulk sales and affiliate partnerships.
1. General Conditions
By accessing and using the 3DOfficeAT e.U. webshop, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.
2. Right of Withdrawal
Customers have the right to withdraw from their contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which you acquire physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
3. Statutory Warranty Provisions
All products sold by 3DOfficeAT e.U. are covered by statutory warranty rights, in accordance with EU and Austrian consumer protection legislation, which protect you against goods that are defective or not as described.
4. Delivery Terms
- Standard Orders: Please allow up to 7 workdays for delivery within the EU, and up to 20 workdays for international delivery, with an additional 1-2 days of handling time.
- Bulk Orders: For orders of 25 items or more, please allow up to 7 workdays for handling and the same delivery times as standard orders.
5. Bulk Sales
Bulk order customers are entitled to a 40% discount. Full payment must be made at the time of ordering via PayPal, ApplePay, or Cryptocurrency. Bulk customers are expected to exercise extra care in handling our products, acknowledging the delicate nature of wire art designs.
6. Affiliate Program
- Commission Rate: Affiliates earn a 25% commission, payable 40 days post-purchase to accommodate returns.
- Acceptance: Affiliates must be approved by 3DOfficeAT e.U.
- Cookie Duration: Sales tracking via cookies is maintained indefinitely, as long as the cookies are available.
- Promotion Policy: Affiliates are required to sign an additional agreement to utilize marketing materials.
- Termination: 3DOfficeAT e.U. reserves the right to terminate the affiliate relationship at any time in cases of non-compliance or unethical behavior.
7. Out-of-Court Complaint and Redress Procedure
For the resolution of consumer disputes arising from this contract, customers may access the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr which provides further information regarding the ODR process.
8. Miscellaneous Provisions
- Governing Law: These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Austria.
- Severability: If any provision of these Terms of Service is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
- Amendments: 3DOfficeAT e.U. reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time.
